15W to 150W AC-DC Enclosed Converters with 85~264VAC & 85~305VAC Input Voltages, optional PFC

Aimtec is proud to showcase the Eagle series of AC-DC enclosed converters. The Eagle series has a power range from 15W to 350W at 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V and 48 VDC output voltages.

Dual and Triple output options are available through the 35W, 50W, 75W and 100W models and can meet multiple voltage requirements using a single power supply, simplifying the BOM.
 
The Eagle series is divided into three main groups:

1. Enclosed AC to DC power supplies with an input voltage range of 85-264VAC:

 
With a wide operating temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C, high isolation of 4000VAC and an MTBF of 300,000h, these products can power systems with high reliability in varying temperature and transient environments. They can power applications from 25 to 350W in the category and are a good fit for many industrial and telecom applications.
 
Standard features include output short circuit protection (OSCP), output over-current protection (OCP), and output over-voltage protection (OVP) and can be used in lighting controls, grid power, instrumentation, industrial controls, communication, and civil applications. These models are also UL 62368-1 listed.
 

2. Enclosed AC to DC power supplies with an input voltage range of 85-305VAC:

 
This group of enclosed products are designed to meet the increasing demand for applications used in high transience and voltage fluctuating environments. The wider input voltage range offers system protection and enhances end-product longevity when deployed in challenging environments.
 
The product nomenclature includes “ -277NZ” suffix indicating that the 277VAC is the nominal input voltage. This category of power supplies ranges from 15-150W and shares the same protection and features as the first group.
 

3. Enclosed AC to DC power supplies with an input voltage range of 85-305VAC with PFC:

 
The 3rd group of these new ACDC products are designed with active Power Factor Correction (PFC) to help improve the end product power factor and power quality. The Letter "P" in the product part number (AMESP100-277NZ) differentiates them from the others.

They share most of the features with the second group of power converters and can power applications that require 100 to 320W of output power.
 
Aimtec's Eagle Series come with a three years warranty and screw terminals for ease of installation.
