SMS560-3G

SMS560-3G is a 5A/60V Schottky offering a forward voltage drop which was only possible with 40V types up to now. It has less than 0.55V at 5A, and anyway, unlike other "low Vf" Schottky types a low reverse current of maximum 80µA at 60V.

This outstanding performance is realized by Diotec's 3rd generation chip technology. Compared to former generations, this is a reduction of almost 20% in forward drop and thus power losses. Junction temperature is further reduced by the thermally low resistive MELF package, where these parts are build in (Click here to view all product series in MELF package).
